Matrix Keypad (3x4)

For use with the Multi Master. Shipped with M to F jumper cables for quick connection into an RJ45 Breakout. 

This keypad has 12 buttons, arranged in a 3x4 grid. Keys are connected to a matrix so you only need 7 pins (3-columns and 4-rows) to scan through the pad. Check out the tutorial on using Matrix Keypads with the Multi Master here. 

Comes with 8 pins pre-soldered. Starting from the left there are three column pins, and then to the right are four row pins. The 8th pin is not connected internally and you can just leave it disconnected.
